Some buildings are more than just a building.

A hotel built more than 100 years ago is more than just a building, it is a legacy of the people, but the burden of sustaining it is too heavy for individuals to bear.

Modern, anonymous architecture, largely neglected, lost, mishandled, and managed by well-meaning locals to maintain, is nearing its end.

architecture’s lifetime is not so short.
